PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITION
The below terms and conditions apply when subscribing to any membership on www.tasheeh.com through credit card payment. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
FREE TRIAL
We offer a 14 -day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from tasheeh, if in Tahseen’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, if you are a repeat infringer of any third party's rights, or if you engage in conduct that is illegal, tortious or that interferes with the technological operation of this site. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from Tasheeh.com and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
